AM Notebook

I'm a very forgetful person especially when I'm doing something on my pc. That's why I used AM Notebook Lite for my day-to-day activities. I'm one of those people who love to take down notes. Before I discover Am notebook, I used Notepad and Word. It was fine at the beginning but later I felt that all my notes are everywhere. Sometimes it takes a couple of minutes just to find one note and that is very frustrating. I really can't remember how I discovered Am notebook but one thing is for sure I never stop using it.  I should have blog this before but I'm too lazy to make a review about this wonderful tool. Anyway, here's the list of my favorite features of Am Notebook:

  • The Removable Drive/Usb Support (The program is so small you can actually carry it everywhere and install it instantly.)
  • The tree style
  • Full Formatting (font, color, you can insert images or objects, etc.)
  • You can embedded table
  • Support spell check (I'm still trying to figure out how to use this function)
  • It also has a built-in back up and you have the option to save your notes to a zip file. (This is sooo cool. ) :)
  • Very simple to use
  • Allow hyperlink (local note or online URL)
  • Notes are alphabetically arrange
  • Each time you create new note you are ask to name it (has the function to rename it)
  • Notes are access immediately
At this moment I'm using the 4.0.1 version and just now I discovered that a new version is available. AM notebook 5.0 and has a new features:

  • Todo List
  • Calendar functionality
  • Contact and birthday reminder
  • New reminder functionality
I downloaded the new version and I'm excited to install it. I let you know when I use it. Before I go, here's the screenshot from Am Notebook website:
