Ampalaya with Quail Eggs

I will not take credit for this recipe because I read this from Yummy Magazine July 2011 issue. Instead of adding beaten eggs,  The recipe ask for boiled quail eggs and a fresh twist of adding red bell pepper.  Anyone who tried this recipe got addicted cooking it. It's pretty easy and simple.

1 piece onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 pieces tomatoes, chopped
1 sachet maggi magic sarap
2 pieces medium ampalaya, sliced
1 piece red bell pepper,
1 dozen quail eggs, shelled and boiled

In a pan, sauté onions and garlic and tomatoes. Add bell pepper and cooked ampalaya. Continue sautéing until vegetables are cooked. Add boiled eggs, seasoning granules, pepper, salt and a bit of sugar. Mix and serve.

Note: I cook my ampalaya using this method
