It was my first time in Amici and until this day I'm still trying to comprehend whether the experience was good or just plain ok. I was with my buddhist family and there's no dull moment with them. Whether we eat in a fast food joint or fine dining the experience will always be good. :)

Going back to Amici, I heard a lot of raves about their food founded by Salesian Italian missionary Fr. Gianluigi Colombo and it had authentic italian flavors without the expensive price tag but that was long time ago. It's now under new management and according to old timers the overall feel of Amici was never the same as before.Too bad I never experience the home-style cooking everybody raves about but despite of that, I felt full and contented with what we've eaten especially the pistachio gelato and Crema de Zucca or Creamy Squash Bisque. I was smitten and became my instant favorites. :)
