Pork giniling with baguio beans & misua

Rainy days are here again and I'm craving for a soup dish that will fill my tummy and feed my soul with comfort. The preparation and cooking will not turn you off. It was so easy even for a lazy cook like me. A light and nourishing soup that impart a touch of warmth.

2 tbsp oil
1 small onion, chopped
3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 kg  ground pork
(4 cups) pork stock or water
200 grams green beans, cut into 1½-inch pieces
1 plastic misua
Salt and pepper to taste
Boiled eggs to serve

Heat oil in a casserole or large saucepan and sauté onion until transparent, 1 to 2 minutes. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in ground pork and cook until brown. Pour in stock or water and bring to the boil then simmer over medium heat. Add green beans, salt and pepper and misua. Mix well. cook until green beans is done but not overcook. Serve Immediately.
