You see, besides having a hard time digesting meat, I'm also lactose intolerant* and the only milk that I can consume without me having unpleasant symptoms is soya milk. A good option for me that is fortified with 500 mg of calcium per serving.There's no way I can consume 3 liters (different flavor) of soya milk before it goes bad, that's why I love Lactasoy because they have 500 ml tetra pack. I can now buy different flavors in small quantity. I do a bit of research and found eatbydate article about the shelf life of milk alternatives.
