Pamplona Pasta 2.0

Of all the pasta dishes I cook for hubby, this is his ultimate favorite. The ingredients are the same with the Lazy Pasta with a few additional ingredients. 

2 tbsp Olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 white onion, chopped
Chorizo Pamplona, sliced then minced
sugar, pepper and salt to taste
250 grams cooked angel pasta
Grated parmesan cheese

Cook angel pasta according to package direction. Drain. Set aside. Heat oil then sauté garlic and onion for about 1-2 minutes. Add chorizo pamplona and cook until it changes its color. Add tomato. Cook until the tomato is tender. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Cook for another 3 minutes. Topped with parmesan cheese then serve.
