Patatas Bravas Y Chorizo

Adapted recipe of Yummy Magazine Patatas Bravas Y Chorizo

I know my photo is very far from the original recipe but my husband is so addicted to the sauce that he requested to add more sauce and coat the entire dish. I'm telling you mustard & tomato sauce are perfect with each other. So good that we can't help ourselves from licking the bowl. 


4 tablespoons oil
Chorizo Pamplona, sliced then minced (can add minced meat)
3-4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
salt, pepper & sugar to taste

For the sauce:

1/2 cup tomato sauce (I used spanish-style)
1-2 tbsp mustard or more depend on your taste
Chili flakes

Heat oil in a pan. Fry chorizo until cooked through. Remove and set aside. Add remaining oil and fry potatoes until golden brown. Remove from heat and season with salt, pepper & sugar. Make the sauce: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Add the sauce and mix well with chorizo and fried potatoes. Serve with rice.
