Taco rice with Garlic Sugpo

I first read it from Chotskibelle illustrated journal dated May 19th. I got curious and asked her for the recipe. After a few days, she posted this yummy illustration of taco rice. Originally, The veges ( tomatoes and lettuce) are not cook but I'm doubting if my lola will like it that way, So I decided to just stir-fry them all together and to my surprise, my family loves it! Simot sarap. ☺🍴🍚

Note: Garlic Sugpo is my own recipe.

Mother’s Day Crafternoon

Hello there. Although this post is two months delayed, I'm still happy to be able to share to you what happened that day. I created the class to celebrate Mother's day. A mother and daughter/son duo spending quality time doing crafts. Making memories together by creating something artistic and personal. I prepared 3 fun projects: Flower Pot Card, Sentiment Banner and Mini Card.

Class Kit

The Studio can only accommodate small group of students that's why I only prepared 6 kits

Flower Pot Card

 Sentiment Banner

Mini Card

I was expecting 3 pair of students that day, but only one pair ( a family of three, Yay!) was able to come. A Mom/daughter crafternoon class became a family day to them and a private class to me. We had a blast because their adorable daughter is enjoying her time doing her own projects while her mom and dad are busy creating the class projects. Thank you guys. I hope to see you next time in my other card making/scrapbooking class.

Breaded Fried PorkChop Strips

As I mentioned here, There are days that I'm too lazy to cook. All I want to do is stay in our bed and sleep. Ever since we moved back, I no longer practice meal planning because my father loves to bring home all sort of food. Sometimes, what I planned to cook didn't synchronized and we are left with tons of leftovers. This is an easy recipe and will not take a lot of time to prepare and cook.

All you need are store-bought ready mixes: Datu Puti BBQ-rrific marinade and Ferna Breading Mix.

Cut Pork chops into strips or let your favorite meat butcher do it for you. Coat it with bread crumbs then deep-fry.

Served with barbecue sauce (Cook over medium heat the Datu Puti BBQ-rrific marinade.  Bring to a boil while stirring.) and Marinated Cucumber, Onion, and Tomato Salad.
