Online shopping is one of my favorite activity. It's like a therapy but not really because I don't do it when I'm not in the mood or when I'm sad. I love it for its convenience. The idea of doing my shopping in my jammies is the best. I only have 3 sellers (2 local, 1 international) that I regularly contact for my crafting needs. I've been a regular customer for years and I get to know them in person and become friends with them in the process. I'm satisfied with the sellers but last month, I tried Etsy and my online shopping experience level up. It blew my mind.
It's my first time to buy stuff internationally without asking a friend or anyone I know to help me lessen the shipping cost by adding it to their balikbayan boxes. That moved was a bit scary and courageous on my part, given how unreliable our postal service (that's according to other people's experience and I have a separate blog post about my own experience with them) but the cuteness of her stickers was hard to resist. So, I did what I did and never regret it.
I first stumbled Chotskibelle on Instagram. She shares her daily activities by illustrating it in her Hobonichi journal. It was so cute and funny. She actually inspired me to start doodling in my planner. When she decided to open an Etsy shop, I had a hard time resisting it. Who could resist these adorable stickers???
Sherilyn (the owner) was very helpful and patience with my shipping dilemma. She explained to me the whole process and answered all my queries. During the time of confusion on how come my order was not yet delivered (according to the tracker, It's already here) She was kind enough to offer another option and for that, I was thankful. After more than a month of waiting, I finally got my orders and here it is:
She also sends a beautiful card/sticker folder, a lovely bookmark and a personalized letter of appreciation. Overall, My first experience was good and hoping for more Etsy buy in the future.
