Malunggay Pasta topped with Breaded Sugpo

One of my to-go recipe for those I'm-so-busy-with-something-I-can't-barely-get-up-to-cook-days. There's nothing easier than having a homemade malunggay pesto and Japanese bread crumbs in the pantry. It saves me a lot of time thinking what to cook.
