Bowtology Lakwatchera Notebook

Tuesday, November 29, 2016

Hello! Happy Tuesday. I'm happy to share a product that I bought last week. I've been looking for awhile the planner that I can doodle my everyday life for 2017 although I already have the Websters Pages - Color Crush Collection - Personal Planner Binder - Lavender Stripe and Me and My Big Ideas - Create 365 Collection - Planner - Stay Golden I'm still looking for that certain  planner or notebook. Then 2 weeks ago, I met the owner of Bowtology. I was smitten by her lakwatchera notebook and immediately bought the extra notebook she brought and ordered a couple more to share with my artist friends.

I ordered 6 notebooks and 7 plastic sleeves. I really love how the notebook was individually wrapped. I admit, I had a hard time resisting myself from unwrapping it with too much force. The wrapper was beautiful.

I was asked what color I want but I trusted (never regret) her color instinct and just took what were already on hand.

When you open the notebook it has a thin paper that separates the inside cover and the first page.

Here you can lightly see my hands

The paper texture I've been looking for.

Closer look. Love love those tiny particles. It gives the paper an organic look which I really love.

Back of the first page with my doodle in front. As you can see, The doodles are visible but the paper is thick enough to not let the Crayola markers and Kuretake - ZIG - Clean Color - Real Brush Marker bleed through a lot. I'm able to doodle front and back with no overlapping of images. Yes! Finally, I got what I've been wanting and it fits perfectly with my Oat_mnl 2 Tone Travel Journal cover
I also got this beautiful planner trinkets as a freebie. :)
