Pamplona Fried Rice with Garlic Sugpo and Marinated Cucumber Slices

4 cups rice
1 onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Chorizo Pamplona, sliced then minced

In a wok, heat oil and sauté onion, garlic and pamplona sausage until done. in the same pan, add rice and toss until warmed through. Season to taste. Serve with Marinated Cucumber Slices and Garlic Sugpo.
