Tuyo and Pamplona Pasta

I assume you know by now that, I seldom or not at all serve my family with Pasta dishes with sauce. I just don't like my pasta swimming in too much sauce. Only Jollibee can get away with that because their spaghetti is one of my comfort food. What I want are flavorful ingredients tossed in my pasta. Just the everyday ingredients I can find in my pantry or refrigerator. For this recipe, the main source of flavor is the tuyo flakes. I didn't need to add salt. I just rely on the saltiness of the tuyo.

2 tbsp Olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 white onion, chopped
8 pcs tomatoes, diced
Chorizo Pamplona, sliced then minced
500 grams cooked pasta
Cream Cheese
2 pinch Chili flakes
sugar, pepper, and to taste

Cook pasta according to package direction. Drain. Set aside. Heat oil then sauté garlic and onion for about 1-2 minutes. Add chorizo pamplona and cook until it changes its color. Add tomato. Cook until the tomato is tender. Add tuyo flakes and season with pepper, sugar and chili flakes. Cook for another 3 minutes. Topped with cream cheese then serve.

Enjoy and Happy Wednesday!
